Commercial Inspections / Consulting / Warranty Period Inspections
All Commercial Inspections and Warranty Period Inspections are billed at $100.00/hr. for on-site work and $50.00/hr. for office write up time, with a minimum charge of $250.00 which includes up to 2 hours on-site and one hour of office work. A detailed, narrative report is provided within 48 hours.
Consulting
Not sure what to do or who to call? Problems with structural issues, basements, electrical, plumbing, heating , cooling or other issues within your residence that are of concern are discussed with you on-site. Our analysis will provide you with cost-effective remedies or alternatives. Up to one hour on-site consultation within our service area is $59.00.
Radon Testing
Continuous Radon Monitors are placed in all appropriate locations for a 48-72 hour test. These monitors record data hourly and detect tampering. After testing is completed, the monitors are retrieved and results are made available within 24 hours. The cost for Radon Testing is $199.00.

Payment in full is due upon completion of your inspection. We accept MasterCard, VISA, personal checks or cash.
